How To Shop
It's easy! Simply fill your "virtual shopping cart" with the items you want, then check out. When you add the first item to your cart, you will be sent to PayPal's virtual shopping cart page. You may click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to our store and find more items. Alternately, you may click on "View Cart" icon while in our store to return to the PayPal shopping cart.
PayPal is the authorized payment processor for Planet Hype. This allows us to accept a variety of credit cards or direct debit transfers. Credit card transactions will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL*PLANET HYPE".
You do not need an existing PayPal account to shop in our store! You may pay via credit card without setting up an account, or you may set up an account during check out.
Certain items in our store offer an exclusive, personalized artist's autograph. To request an autograph, visit the item's details page (autographs cannot be requested from Search Results cart links). If an autograph is available from that artist on that item, you will see additional instructions just below the Add To Cart button.
1. check the "Request artist autograph" box
2. enter the name of the recipient in the text box
3. add the item to your cart.
The request data will be displayed in the cart, allowing you to order several items of the same type, but with different recipients.
Autographs from Planet Hype artists are 100% free of charge, but they are subject to the availability of the artist and item. As a result, requesting an autograph may add a significant delay to order fulfillment time. Feel free to contact us if you change your mind and no longer wish to wait.
Where's My Order?
Once PayPal processes your payment successfully, your order is sent to us for packaging and shipment. Please allow time for this processing. Most orders currently ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
We ship via US Mail, both with Delivery Confirmation. The US Postal Service provides the best in value and speed, reaching many U.S. destinations within a few days*.

Shipping charges are calculated by size, weight, packing costs, confirmation charges, and other unique issues regarding each item in our store, as well as the distance travelled and any necessary insurance. This makes it impossible to predict the charges until checkout, but you will be shown the final charge before submitting your order.
Yes! We are accepting International orders to a limited selection of destinations at this time! We currently ship via Global Priority Mail, to ensure speedy delivery and accurate tracking, and we are actively investigation the best value while maintaining these standards. You may return a damaged item for refund or replacement, at our discretion, within 30 days of the arrival date. Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved and include the RMA number. Please contact us if you wish to return an order.
